What should I do if an 'EXIT ALARM' message appears on my keypad?

An exit alarm occurs when an entry/exit door or interior zone remains faulted after the exit delay expires. The system has sent an alarm message to the Central Monitoring Station. To stop the alarm, disarm the system by entering your security code plus OFF. Then correct the problem (close the door, window, etc.) and enter your security code plus OFF again to clear the display.
