It is best to use the default full-screen option for desktop resolution in both the ICA and RDP connection editors, as the available resolution options are not indicative of the target monitor. Additionally, when deploying in Kiosk Mode via RDP, it is recommended to disable the Enable connection bar (full-screen only) option in the Display tab to prevent users from accessing the local desktop.
