What steps should I take if I still cannot print after checking connections?
Remove the CD from the CD/DVD drive and disconnect the USB cable, then restart the computer. Reinsert the printer software CD, follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall the software, and do not connect the USB cable until prompted. After installation finishes, restart the computer. (Page 2)
