What should I do if I cannot print from my computer?
First, make sure the cable connections are secure and that the printer is powered on — the On button should be lit white. Then verify that the printer is set as your default printing device through your operating system's printer settings. If printing still fails, try restarting the computer and resetting the printer by unplugging the power cord, waiting a minute, and plugging it back in. (Page 3)
