What should I do if the printer software installation fails?
Remove the CD from the CD/DVD drive and disconnect the USB cable from the computer. Restart the computer, then insert the printer software CD and follow the on-screen instructions to install the software (do not connect the USB cable until instructed). After installation finishes, restart the computer again.
