How do I restore the network settings if I cannot connect the printer to my wireless network?
From the printer control panel, touch the Wireless icon, then touch Settings, and then touch Restore Network Settings. After restoring, reinstall the HP Smart app or printer software from 123.hp.com. (Page 1)
