How do I safely remove the hard drive from my HP Elitedesk?
Ensure the computer is turned off, disconnect power cords and data cables from the rear of the drive. For a 3.5-inch hard drive bay, pull release lever outwards then lift the front of the drive back and out. For a 2.5-inch hard drive, slide it out and ensure screws are transferred to the new drive.
