How do I configure the fax header and time/date settings on the M125?

Configuring fax time, date, and header settings is required before using the fax feature. On the LCD control panel, press the Setup button, select System Setup > Time/Date, enter the time and date, then go to Fax Setup > Fax Header and enter your fax number (max 20 characters) and company name (max 40 characters).
