How do I scan a document using a Windows computer?
Load the document on the scanner glass according to the indicators on the product — for best results, load small-size paper with the long edge along the left side of the scanner glass. Then click Start > Programs > HP, select your product, click HP Scan, select a scanning shortcut, adjust settings if needed, and click Scan. You can click Advanced Settings for more options or create a custom shortcut for frequently used scan settings. (Page 39)
