Why is there no audio coming from headphones or speakers connected to the docking station?

The most likely cause is that the docking station is not set as the default audio playback device. Set the docking station as the default audio device in your computer's sound settings, or alternatively connect the audio device directly to the computer. If drivers are not installed, audio will not play at all — install the drivers as described in the Software Installation section. (Page 21)
