What does it mean when the blue light on the HP OfficeJet 200 is blinking?
A blinking blue light means the printer is not connected to a network. You should use the Wireless Setup Wizard to establish a wireless connection. If the blue light is not lit at all, wireless may be turned off entirely. (Page 1)
