How do I enable Wi-Fi Direct on my printer to print without a router?
From the Home screen on the printer display, touch Wi-Fi Direct. If the Status is Off, touch Wi-Fi Direct Settings and turn Wi-Fi Direct on. You can then connect your wireless enabled device to your printer by selecting the Wi-Fi Direct name shown as DIRECT-**-HP OfficeJet-4650 and following the on-screen instructions. Note that Wi-Fi Direct connection does not provide Internet access.
