What wireless networking issues should I check if I cannot connect my printer to a network?
First confirm that wireless is enabled on your printer by touching Wireless from the control panel. Check that your printer is connected to your network by printing a Wireless Test Report from the Wireless Settings menu. Make sure security software is not blocking communication, temporarily disable your firewall if needed. Restart your router and printer by turning them off and back on in order: router first, then printer.
