What does a blinking blue light on the HP OfficeJet 6950 mean?
A blinking blue light means the printer is not connected to a network. Use the Wireless Setup Wizard available from the printer control panel by touching Wireless, then Settings, then Wireless Setup Wizard, and follow the onscreen instructions. (Page 1)
