First, confirm the printer's wireless radio is on by touching the Wireless icon from the Home screen; if it shows Wireless Off, touch Turn On. You can also print a Wireless Test Report by going to Wireless > Settings > Print Wireless Test Report to check for connection failures and verify the network name (SSID). Additionally, if your computer is connected to a VPN, you should temporarily disable it before attempting to connect, as the VPN puts your computer on a different network. (Page 5)
