How do I replace memory modules?

To replace a memory module, shut down the computer, disconnect external devices and power source, and remove service door, battery, hard drive, solid-state drive, WWAN module, WLAN module, optical drive, keyboard. Then pull away retention clips on each side of the current memory module to release it for replacement. (Pages 50-51)
