What is a carriage jam and how do I fix it?
A carriage jam (E3) occurs if the Resume light is blinking. To fix, open the front door, then the printhead access door; ensure the printhead latch is closed properly and that nothing obstructs the print carriage; remove any jammed paper or objects blocking the carriage; close both doors; press Resume button to continue printing (Page 4).
