How do I perform a system recovery from the recovery partition on Windows 7?

Turn off the workstation and disconnect all peripheral devices except the monitor, keyboard, and mouse, then press the power button to turn it on. As soon as the HP logo screen appears, repeatedly press the F11 key until the 'Windows is Loading Files...' message appears, then follow the on-screen instructions in HP Recovery Manager.
