How do I enable emergency wireless alerts on the Note 30?
To receive emergency alerts, go to Settings > Configurations > Security and Emergency > Wireless Emergency Alerts > Allow Alerts (turn on). The device supports Cell Broadcast Service (CBS) for emergency notifications. (Page 7)
