How do I reset my IQOS ILUMA ONE when the red light is blinking?
Press and hold the Button for 10 seconds then release to reset the device. All Status Lights will turn OFF, and then turn ON to confirm the reset was successful. If the red light blinking persists after the reset, contact Customer Care. (Page 7)
