Why do I see two 'Air plus' entries in my Bluetooth device list?

If you see two 'Air plus' entries in your available devices list, the earphones are not paired correctly with each other. You should follow the re-pairing steps in the manual to correct this, as both L and R earphones should be paired together before connecting to your phone. (Page 8)
