What water temperature does the dishwasher need for best results?

Water entering the dishwasher should be at least 120°F for satisfactory results, and performance may improve at 140°F. Water temperature should not exceed 160°F. You can check the temperature by running the hot water faucet nearest the dishwasher for several minutes and measuring it with a candy or meat thermometer. (Page 9)
