How do I clean the entrance and exit needles?
For the exit needle, remove the K-Cup pod holder assembly and funnel, then locate the exit needle on the inside bottom of the pod holder and insert a straightened paper clip to loosen any coffee grounds. For the entrance needle, lift the coffee maker handle and carefully insert a straightened paper clip into both holes on the underside of the lid, gently moving it around to loosen grounds. After cleaning both needles, run two water-only brew cycles without a K-Cup pod. (Page 4)
