How do I clean the entrance and exit needles on the K Cafe?

To clean the exit needle, remove the K-Cup pod holder, detach the funnel, and insert a straightened paper clip into the exit needle at the bottom of the pod holder to loosen coffee grounds. To clean the entrance needle, lift the handle and carefully insert a straightened paper clip into both holes on the underside of the lid, then lower the handle and run two water-only brew cycles without a K-Cup pod.
