How do I store my Keurig K Cafe when not in use?

Empty the water reservoir before storing or transporting the coffee maker, and store it in a safe, frost-free environment in its upright position to avoid water leakage from the inner tank. If the coffee maker has been stored in a cold environment, allow it to warm to room temperature for at least 2 hours before using. When returning it to use after storage, clean the water reservoir and perform a descaling cycle. (Page 6)
