What does the Auto Off feature do and how do I disable it?

Auto Off automatically turns your coffee maker off 2 hours after the last brew for energy savings. To disable it, power the coffee maker off while plugged in, press and hold the STRONG and 10 oz buttons for 3 seconds until the Auto Off light turns off, then power it back on. To re-enable it, repeat the same process and the Auto Off light will illuminate again. (Page 3)
