What does the K Cafe warranty cover and how do I get warranty service?
The K Cafe is covered by a limited one-year warranty against defects in materials or workmanship under normal home use, with Keurig opting to repair or replace the defective unit at no charge upon proof of purchase. The warranty does not cover damage caused by use of non-Keurig pods or accessories, unauthorized service, misuse, or external causes. To obtain warranty service, call Keurig Customer Service at 1-800-361-5628 to receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number before sending in the coffee maker. (Page 6)
