Why is my Keurig K Cafe only brewing a partial cup?

A partial cup is most commonly caused by a clogged exit needle, which can be cleared using a straightened paper clip. It may also occur if the water reservoir was removed during brewing — in that case, replace the reservoir and run a rinsing brew without a K-Cup pod.
