What should I do if my brewer does not have power or shuts off?
First, make sure that the power button has been turned on. Plug the brewer into its own grounded outlet, as the electric circuit may be overloaded with other appliances. For energy savings, the brewer automatically turns off 5 minutes after the last brew, so press the power button to restart. If the brewer still doesn't have power, contact Customer Service.
