How do I properly store my compressor for a long period without damage?

Before storing for long periods, blow out dust and debris with an air blower, disconnect the power cord and coil it up, pull the pressure relief valve to release all pressure in the tank, drain moisture from the reservoir and cover the unit to protect it from exposure to water and dust (Page 8).
