How do I clean the cappuccino system?
Start by turning the cappuccino lid button to CLEAN position, then press the CLEAN button on the machine. Follow the on-screen prompts to initiate and complete the rinsing cycle, then reset it to CAPPUCCINO before preparing another recipe. (Page 10-12)
