How do I adjust the step resolution for each axis?
Parameters $100, $101, and $102 control steps per millimeter for X, Y, and Z axes respectively. Adjust these values if your work is not the correct size—use a proportion like: $100 = $100 x Request Width / Measured Width to correct sizing issues. (Page 5)
