What precautions should I take with my USB device when connecting it to the TV?

Do not turn off the TV or unplug the USB device when it is working, as sudden separation or unplugging may damage the stored files or the device. Only use a USB storage device with normal music, image or movie files formatted as FAT32 or NTFS file system. The recommended capacity is 1TB or less for USB external hard disk and 32GB or less for USB memory. (Page 48)
