Why is my washing machine making vibrating or thumping noises during operation?
LG WD(M)-1080F(H)D / 1085F(H)D Washing Machine ·
Vibrating noise may be caused by the transit bolts not being removed during installation, or by all four feet not resting firmly on the ground. A thumping sound during heavy wash loads is usually normal, but if it continues, the washer may be out of balance — stop and redistribute the wash load. If rattling or clanking continues after restarting, contact your authorized service centre. (Page 24)
