What should I do if the washing machine vibrates excessively?

Excessive vibration is often caused by the transit bolts not being removed during installation, or the leveling feet not being properly adjusted. Make sure all four feet are stable and resting on the floor, and verify the appliance is perfectly level using a spirit level. An unevenly distributed wash load can also cause vibration, so stop the washer and rearrange the laundry if necessary.
