What does a blinking remote indicate?
A blinking remote indicates that Child Lock is enabled, which means pressing buttons won't move the base. You can disable Child Lock by pressing and holding the FOOT UP and FOOT DOWN buttons for approximately 3 seconds until the backlight flashes twice.
