What does it mean if the Sanitized light is blinking at the end of a cycle?

A blinking Sanitized light means the load was NOT successfully sanitized. This can happen if the cycle was interrupted during the final rinse or if the water heater temperature is set too low — it should be set to at least 120°F (49°C). The light will turn off when you open and close the door or press CANCEL. (Page 13)
