Can I use a remote amperage control with the CST 280, and does it also control the contactor remotely?

Yes, the CST 280 includes a 14-pin receptacle on the front of the machine for connecting standard remote amperage control devices. However, the remote controls provide amperage control only on the CST 280 — there is no remote contactor control available.
