What should I do if the Deltaweld 452 overheats during welding?

If the unit overheats, the thermostat opens, output stops, and the cooling fan runs automatically. Wait fifteen minutes for the unit to cool completely before resuming welding. You should reduce amperage or reduce the duty cycle before welding again to prevent further overheating. Exceeding the duty cycle can damage the unit and void the warranty. (Page 13)
