What should be done if a leak detector cannot detect R410A refrigerant?

Procure a leak detector that is specifically designed to detect an HFC leak. A leak detector for R22 will not detect an HFC (R410A) leak because R410A does not contain chloride like R22 does. Using the wrong type of leak detector may fail to identify refrigerant leaks in the system. (Page 23)
