How do I prepare the Ninja CE251 before using it for the first time?

Remove all packaging material and stickers from the coffee maker, then wash the water reservoir, carafe, removable filter holder, and gold-tone permanent filter in warm, soapy water with a soft cloth. Rinse parts and dry thoroughly. Prime the system by running 2 full carafes on Classic brew with water only, discarding the water after each cycle. (Page 4)
