What is the difference between SYNC and MATCH modes?

SYNC mode allows you to cook foods with different cook times, temperatures, or functions so both zones finish at the same time. MATCH mode is used to cook a larger amount of the same food or cook different foods using identical function, temperature, and time settings in both zones simultaneously.
