In what order should ingredients be placed in the bread pan?

Place the dry yeast at the bottom first, then cover it with all dry ingredients such as flour, sugar, and salt, and finally pour in the water and any other liquids. This order ensures the yeast does not mix with the liquid until the kneading process begins. Flour must be weighed on scales, and the outside of the bread pan should be wiped clean of any flour or liquid before inserting it into the machine. (Page 12)
