For gluten free bread (menu 12), ingredients must be placed in a specific order: water, salt, and fat first, then the gluten free bread mix, and finally the dry yeast — the wrong order may result in poor rising. The timer cannot be used for menu 12, and the raisin nut dispenser does not operate on the Gluten Free program so any additional ingredients must be placed directly into the bread pan. Gluten free bread should be consumed within two days and stored in a cool, dry place. (Page 29)
