Check the network connection status and verify the Wi-Fi password is entered correctly. The distance between the TV and the modem/router should not exceed 50 feet (15.2 m), and interference from wireless devices, cordless phones, or obstacles like stone walls can weaken the signal. You can also try changing the DNS to 8.8.8.8 by going to Settings > General > Network > Network Status > IP Settings > DNS Setting > Enter manually. (Page 19)
