What clearance space is required when installing the refrigerator?

When installing next to a fixed wall, a minimum clearance of 3¾ inches (95mm) is required between the refrigerator and the wall to allow the door to swing open. Additional clearance of 2 inches is needed at the back and top for proper air circulation of the internal cooling system. If the refrigerator has an ice maker, extra space at the back must be allowed for water line connections. (Page 2)
