What are the minimum and maximum temperature settings for the oven baking and broiling functions?

The Bake, Convection Bake, and Convection Roast functions all have a minimum setting of 175°F (80°C) and a maximum setting of 550°F (285°C). The Broil function ranges from Lo to Hi settings. An error tone in the form of a long beep will sound if an entered temperature is below the minimum or above the maximum setting. (Page 25)
