Why is my appliance making loud noises and vibrating excessively during the spin cycle?

Loud noises, vibrations, and appliance movement during spinning are typically caused by the appliance not being properly levelled, the feet not being secured, or the transport locks not having been removed. Check that the appliance is aligned using a spirit level, that all four feet are firmly on the ground with lock nuts tightened, and that all transport locks have been removed. (Page 50)
