How do I connect my TV to the internet manually with a static IP address?

Navigate to MENU > Network > Network Settings, set the Network type to Wired or Wireless, then select Stop when the TV attempts to connect and choose IP Settings. Set IP Setting to Enter Manually, then enter the IP Address, Subnet Mask, Gateway, and DNS Server values — contact your Internet Service Provider (ISP) to obtain these values. When done, select OK and the TV will attempt to connect using the settings you entered. (Pages 50-51)
