What should I do if the TV is connected to a local network but cannot access the Internet?
Make sure that the Internet LAN cable is connected to the router's external LAN port and check the DNS values in IP Settings. If the problem persists, contact your Internet Service Provider. This applies to both wired and wireless connection scenarios. (Pages 55–57)
